Dog Survives 4 Days Trapped in Overturned Boat

Cutie, a 4-year-old Labrador/terrier mix, stands on the bow of Jeremy McDonald's boat with John Minvera on Saturday, June 8, 2013 in Fairbanks, Alaska. The dog was trapped under the boat for four days after it overturned and was swept 2 miles down the upper Chena River on Memorial Day weekend. when McDonald attempted to help a stranded raft caught on a sweeper. Cutie was still in the overturned boat when McDonald extracted it four days later.
