FAIRBANKS, Alaska — Several Fairbanks area high school rifle shooters who formed a club team now find themselves vying for the sport's national championship.
The five active members of the Midnight Sun Sharpshooters will be competing for the Civilian Marksmanship Program finals in Anniston, Ala., in July.
The Fairbanks Daily News-Miner reports ( http://bit.ly/16H8nm4) the team finished with the highest score in the country in qualifying rounds.
I wonder if Anniston is anywhere near Cazador? Heh. Srsly, this is pretty cool stuff.
