A Story in Pictures

These will probably result in a post ... one of these days. And there's a bag of halibut, and caribou, in the deep freeze. Spices, meet meat!

It's great to have a selection of various spices choose from when cooking. How do you spice up your halibut?

Depending on our mood, we'll use the fish rub pictured above, or a Moroccan spice rub, or mix in Moosetard's Old Sourdough mustard.

Sometimes we add a layer of Havarti cheese, too.
