Vehicle Struck by Juneau Bicyclist
An intoxicated bicyclist struck a moving vehicle amidst traffic Saturday, Juneau police report.
(snip)First responders determined that a 56-year-old Juneau resident was riding a bicycle while intoxicated, and while traveling against the flow of traffic, crossed over into the lane of oncoming vehicles and struck a Dodge Durango.The unnamed male bicyclist was transported to Bartlett Regional Hospital for his injuries, and is awaiting citation.
Ya know it's a big news day when that's the most interesting headline on local television.
