Back at Normal Volume

Life, that is.

I had a procedure done in hospital today, which took several hours longer than predicted by the time things were finished.

No further surgery/cardiac work to be done. If I can take another pill or two, and postpone heart surgery for years, then woohoo - better living through pharmaceuticals!

Not mine, thank goodness.

Wow....I didn't even know you were ill!

Take care of yourself, and do what the Doctor says.

I'm still struggling to get my weight down where it needs to be.

I'm not ill, per se, but I appreciate your concern, Jim. This was a follow-up on things noted last year, but not acted upon until now.

Hope you continue to do well....

Prayers for a speedy recovery, Rev. Paul. Taking a few pills and following doctor's advice sure beats major surgery any day!

Smooth sailing, then. Keep those meds coming :)

Wishing you the best, my friend. Good to hear that meds are all you need at this time and hope it remains that way for the future!

Wow I get sidetracked with weird stuff here and you go have heart procedures... take care and hope you recover very quickly!

Thank you all, so much. I'm touched by the concern expressed here & via private e-mails.

I really, REALLY appreciate it! :)

Yowza. Stop it. Take care of yourself. Life is worrisome enough for your extended family out in blog-land.

That's good news!!!

PH, this was just taking pictures, albeit from the inside. A bit of happy juice to get me at the "I don't care" stage, and they were tunneling through my arteries in nothing flat.

Thanks, NFO - I'm okay with it, too. :)

May you stay happy, healthy, and not needing to be under the knife for decades yet!

Thank you, my friend - that's a wonderfully good idea. From your mouth to God's ears!

Rev. Paul,

I was to tired to read posts last night, and just came across your post. Sending you and your family prayers. I'm glad to hear your back home. Any time you can put off surgery is a real good thing. If the meds help delay surgery I say Amen!!!
