Yard Work, in Pictures

Friday morning

Sunday morning

I told you the leaves are falling rapidly. But 45 minutes with a 210 mph leaf blower, and they're 95% somewhere else, now. :)

It looks very peaceful there.

When the neighborhood decides it's done doing yard work, it's nice. Even on weeknights, all the lawn mowers stop by 8 pm. Then all we can hear is birds, the wind in the trees, and - occasionally - the distant sound of traffic on the road into town, a couple of miles away.

Ah. From the shots you posted, I thought perhaps you were farther out in the boonies. Didn't realize you were in the 'city', so to speak, haha.
Have a blessed week!

Would love a few truck loads of gravel! Not good
when it snowblower time, though. Your home looks wonderful, Rev. Paul!

Looks awesome! May your joints soon forgive you for the work. :-)

Thanks, everyone. All my joints except lower back have forgiven me. Due to the long-term nature of the original damage (in 1974), it's always the first to complain, and the last to stop.
