Police Blotter: "I'm Being Harassed By a State Trooper"

Assault
Officers responded to a fight in progress in a taxi outside the Amaknak Fire Station. According to the driver a passenger, who had allowed another to ride in the taxi with him, had fled after the man to whom he showed such kindness began to fight with him. The victim, whom the taxi driver believed was uninjured, was not located. The alleged assailant was released.

Harrassment
Caller reported feeling harassed because an Alaska State Trooper had given him a ticket at his residence, and had then pulled him over and was standing next to the caller's car window. Caller then said he had other things to do and didn't have time to deal with this.

Just a wild guess, but I'm betting alcohol was involved in most if not all of those encounters...

I do enjoy reading these tho' :)

Suz, Dutch Harbor (and the rest of Unalaska Island) is a quaint drinking town with a fishing problem. Nearly every single report in the Blotter revolves around the excessive use of alcohol. We do enjoy the writing style of Dep. Chief Shockley, though. :)

Undoubtedly that trooper has nothing better to do than select one resident and harass him.

Yep. Clearly.
