Just a brief note: today is the warmest day we've had since last October.
It was 49 when I left work, and 45 here at the house. That will probably go a couple degrees warmer by 6 pm, typically the warmest point in our days.
It was awesome driving home in shirtsleeves with the windows cracked open for fresh air. Good stuff!

Welcome summer?
Not yet, TB. But it sure feels nice.
So, your snow is melting finally? :)
It's been melting for awhile, Suz, but there's a way to go.
First time here that I remember. I have a cousin who lives in Palmer, AK. A Christian, a wonderful woman, daughter of my dad's brother who was a lifer in the U.S. Army. And I stand with Israel as well. I have written to their Ministry Foreign Affairs, in support, and at times to apologize for the President Obama blunders. They are always welcoming and grateful for the support.
Welcome, pigpen51. Any friend of Israel is a friend of mine. We're only about 25 miles from Palmer, too.
