About "Navy Memories"

As I prepare what will probably be the final installment of my "Navy Memories" series, I want to open the floor for input from you, Gentle Reader.

In all the posts, have I introduced a topic about which you'd like more information or background? Any questions about anything I've mentioned?
Any topics you'd like me to discuss?

Nope, enjoyed your 'perspective' on your career. :-) Very well done!

I'm thinking...

I have enjoyed all of the stories. You tell them well.

I guess I would say to write about anything that moves you. That passion/love/disgust/hate/frustration/valuable lesson learned stuff tends to make interesting stories, and maybe the lesson learned by you would be absorbed by someone else to their benefit.

And as I have not managed to get to Alaska yet, I enjoy your stories of living and of time spent there. I will get there, it is on the bucket list...

But, bottom line, write about what you REALLY want to share with us.

How was your Christian persona received?

Did you ever have something that constituted an actual military action or emergency (if such a thing can be told)?

If you are looking for other suggestions, I would be interested in how you came into the pastorate. Also why Alaska is home (given the weather conditions, it is not a decision I would think a great deal of the lower 48 would make or adapt to).

Thank you, everyone. Some good suggestions - and food for thought - there.
