HB 80 Update
HB 80 "No duty to retreat bill", cleared the House Finance Committee and is on it's way to the floor. It's expected to come up for a vote in the House Friday and it's expected to pass. The next hurdle will be the Senate Judiciary committee which we expect to try to kill the bill. We will keep you informed as it moves along.You that called and emailed supporting the bill owe yourselves a pat on the back. You made a difference. We all owe Rep. Mark Nueman many thanks for reintroducing the bill after it was killed last year.
