For those of us who are watching as many states consider bills which reassert their sovereignty, referring to the 10th Amendment to the Constitution, there's a thoughtful commentary on "why," here.
I can't escape the feeling that we're watching historic events unfold, and if you're wondering how it will all play out ... me, too.
