Some misguided soul opines that it's "God's will" to enact the carbon cap-and-tax legislation.
Sometimes it just makes my head hurt, as these folks think businesses ... heck, let's be truthful & say people in general have unlimited supplies of money with which to pay taxes. I can almost guarantee that the letter-writer will be among the first to complain bitterly when the cost of EVERYTHING goes skyrocketing.
