Another Day

Another dollar or two.

In between other work-related tasks this morning, I booked tickets for my niece to visit Alaska for the summer. She's been here twice before: once for 10 days at the age of 5, and last spring for another week.

But this will be a two-month stay with her cousins, so they can bond, hang, chill, or whichever term is in vogue by summer. I'm not too concerned about keeping up with teenage lingo, these days.

Go figure. :)

Having scanned the headlines on Drudge and elsewhere this a.m., I'm convinced that both the Progressives and the Stupid Party have lost their minds. I've watched toddlers who were more mature. The toddlers made more sense, too.

Next time the planet stops, I'm getting off.
