This morning started differently for a couple of reasons.
We had another brief earthquake in the wee hours, which woke me. It was at 5:50 a.m., so not as "wee" as I originally thought; that also explains why I never really got back to sleep.
The other difference is that it rained again, overnight, and was still dripping when I reluctantly rolled out at 7:20. That's twice in four days, and it's done a wonderful job of keeping the ash and dust out of the atmosphere. My truck is still the same color in the morning as it was when I put it to bed the night before!
The last couple of weeks, it's been an off-white in the morning.

There's no local news of any apparent import this morning, so I won't go there.

We're going for another drive today, just to get out & see something besides the inside of our home. We're going north, rather than south; I'll take pictures.
Enjoy your day!

You make me look at the boring weather in Phoenix in another light. At least we don't have earthquakes or volcanos. Thanks for helping me be thankful! Look forward to your photos from the drive.
