Tuesday in the A.M.

Good morning. It's 18 degrees this morning, with more frost as the humidity levels begin to climb. Yesterday morning it was only 12, but the weather here is changing.

It was 14 at 10 p.m., and skies were very clear. Today clouds are moving in, along with a warmer, moist front from the Gulf of Alaska. There's a high wind warning for Turnagain Arm and the higher elevations along the Hillside - and our friends at AccuHunch insist that we'll get some snow out of this. Okay, it's time: bring it on!

There's not much going on this morning, but I did notice that the number of daytime zombie sightings is on the rise. Witness this photo from the Daily News' coverage of last weekend's "half-marathon" for charity:

If I ran an 1/8 marathon I'd look like the dead.

I'm right there with you. I'm losing weight & feeling better already, but my running days are long gone.

Walking & biking, now ...
