A Sunny Afternoon in Anchorage

Here's a look to the north/northwest, showing Mt. Foraker (partially obscured by a building, Mt. Hunter in the middle, and Mt. McKinley to the right, on the horizon. Click to enlarge.

The mountains, part of the Alaska Range, are roughly 130 miles away from Anchorage.

It's been a while since I've been there, passing through on my way to three months in the Brooks Range.

Beautiful City. Beautiful life.

You are very blessed. But you know that. :-)

Tell your daughter to try the pie if she can find rhubarb up there.

Very flat over there in Achorage and then all those mounts in the background, of which I can see one quiet well on the picture. Looks like there's lot's of snow over there. Amazing!
