Thank You

I'm touched by the comments and e-mails received today. Thank you very much.

Life seeks equilibrium, of course, and we're getting back to our regular routine. I note frequent glances at each other ... life seeking life ... seeking affirmation ... seeking confirmation. That, too, is normal.

In other news, we haven't paid much attention to the local news at all, and really haven't missed it. The temp today has struggled to reach the 40-degree mark, just making it at 4 p.m. It's still snowing in the mountains above town, and the snowline is down to around 2,200 feet right now. Tonight's forecast is for rain in town, so probably more snow up above.

It's been raining here for the last 2 days. My plants and trees are delighted. No snow yet... it's still nearly 70 even tonight with a front from the south running up the coast bringing all that warm humid air up this way. Odd to see all the leaves falling but it feels nearly like summer with the temps!

We are sorry to here about your father. We understand your feelings, having had three of our own with cancer. May his time here be comfortable. You and yours will be in our prayers.
