Glenn Beck had a former Israeli airlines guy on his show talking about how they profile. Frankly, I prefer their method to the 'hands-on' crapola of TSA.

In 1984 I made a trip to Russia shortly after they opened their country to Western travelers. We flew to Ireland and from there boarded an Aeroflot plane (Aeroflot was not allowed to land in the states at that time). In order to board we had to go up the stairway by stepping around an armed officer with a less than gentle looking German Shepard. The soldier's rifle wasn't hung from his shoulder, it was ready for use.

What is wrong with less than subtle intimidation?

One more thought.... The terrorists won't be concealing stuff in their shoes or underwear if recent events are any clue. They just tried mailing packages with cell phones that could be called to detonate the contents and destroy a plane.

oh, yes, what about letting terrorists into our country to train as pilots?

ARGHHHHHHHHHH

As usual, I agree with Meadow.
