Here Comes the Sun

The cloudy skies of the past week were really tough to take, coming as they did after five weeks of sunshine. Happily for all of us here, the skies are mostly clear today, and the sun has just risen above the mountains & is trying to blind me as I type.

That's a good thing, all in all, and I'm not complaining.

4th Avenue & D Street, downtown Anchorage this morning

We're off to the Dome for a morning walk & workout, then I'm heading over an office supply box store, where a new desk, chair, and CPU await. (It seems my Martin guitar, which I consigned to a store in Nashville, in January, has sold. We're happy campers.)
