Morning Skies

can be interesting, no? Although my cell phone's camera clearly isn't up to the challenge, it's all I had with which to capture this:

You know how Farenheit and Celsisu cross over at -40 degrees?

I'd be curious as to what date Anchorage and Boston have the same hours of daylight.

Actually...wait. Is it on the equinoxes?

Yeah.

Duh.

Nevermind. ;-)

No worries, my friend. Our "equal" day is actually a day earlier than that shown on the calendars. The equinox is going to be different at every latitude.

A wise man observed, "Don't forget: beautiful sunsets need cloudy skies..."

And I've expressed that same thought myself on any number of occasions.

The pic of the hunting cabin on your banner is lovely, by the way.

Nice. I really like your header pictures, like today's. Makes me dream of cooler days ahead. I miss the pacific northwest.
