A Cold & Frosty One

No, not that. This: it's 28 degrees at my house this morning, and it's the second morning in a row that we've needed to scrape frost off the car windows.

I love autumn!
Half of these leaves have fallen or been blown off since Sunday morning. (p.s. That's Mt. Spurr, an active volcano 75 miles west of Anchorage on the horizon.)

Pretty. I like the 75 mile visibility thing.

It was very clear that day - Denali (y'all call it Mt. McKinley) was visible, 130 miles to the north, but behind the ridge from where we shoot.
