It was 15 degrees at the house (my the house) this morning, with a predicted high near the freezing mark today. More snow tonight, so they say, and highs in the mid-20s for the rest of the week. They're also predicting 20 to 45 mph winds over the next couple of days. It's not uncommon winter weather, but it's coming hard on the heels of some fairly moderate temps from last week.
Oh well, we knew it was coming sometime ... but it came with a vengeance. Hmm ... "sudden vengeance." Sounds like a military operation.
p.s. Tomorrow afternoon, I'm to retrieve the "new" car & haul it some eight miles from its current spot to the parking lot behind my building, where Dustin The Mechanic can work on it. He thinks it will take about a weekend's worth of work.
