It's Just Not Coming

Every time I think of something to write about, the enthusiasm to do so seems to evaporate as my hands approach the keyboard. I've tried to leave comments on several blogs this morning, and just can't seem to get more than a sentence into any topic before running out of words.

The last thing I want to do is keep going on about vacation, so I won't ... but it is dominating my thoughts. Come to think of it, that may be the problem - or at least, the need for vacation is why I can't seem to string two thoughts together in coherent fashion. This seems to be happening a lot, lately.

Sorry, folks. Maybe later.

The week between my vacation weeks was a total waste - my brain had left and was not coming back. Which busy people need.

It's your blog. Do as you need.

I think if I were going to Hawaii I'd be distracted, too. Always wanted to see an erupting volcano. :)

Thanks, all. And Bob: volcanoes, we've got in abundance right here, including four active within 120 miles of Anchorage. It's the time away from the office/phones/demands that I need.

Don't feel lonely. If it wasn't for the camera posting would be pretty sparse at our place too.We can wait

@Rev.Paul: yah, but your Alaska volcanoes aren't the kind you can just walk up to and watch erupt, not in any sort of safe way, whereas with the Kilauea eruption you can walk right up to a lava flow and poke it with a stick, if you want to.
