Mushers battle overflow on Yukon Quest trail
The Fairbanks Daily News-Miner says overflow in some parts of the race from Fairbanks to Whitehorse have mushers up to their knees in water. Overflow is when ice freezes and then water pushes up through the ice, creating another top layer of ice, which teams can break through.
