Snow: we received a couple inches of the white stuff overnight, and it started coming down again about an hour ago.
Roof: A large auditorium roof collapsed early Friday evening at the Abbott Loop Community Church in South Anchorage, according to firefighters and police.

Baseball dreams: the local cable company had an agreement with Root Sports to provide coverage of the Seattle Mariners, here. Emphasis on
had. The deal fell through due to a) Root Sports' raising their fee for the coverage, and b) falling ratings here. At least that's the cable company's version of it. Either way, I won't miss it; never could get into the Mariners' play. For better or worse, I'm still a Cards fan.
Plans: Older Daughter had a molar extracted from her upper jaw yesterday, and this morning is swollen exactly at the cheek-weld point. Shooting? "Not so much. Maybe tomorrow, Dad."
Ah, well.
