At 7:03 a.m., we experienced a 4.61-magnitude 'quake. While that's not particularly strong, as quakes go, the epicenter was only eight miles south of Anchorage.
It was a P-wave type, and I heard boxes falling off of shelves in the office next door. Fortunately, I put all my loose storage into a brand-new cabinet on Monday, so nothing fell in my office. I'm still waiting for the tenants to report any damage(s) in their suites, as many of them don't open for another half hour.

It's a sunny day with a forecast high near 60, later on. I don't have much else to say this morning, so I'll sign off. Time to calculate the June rent increases.
Y'all have a good one, hear?

Glad nothing got broken. Thought maybe you had gone to the range this morning.
We had a little quake while I was still laying in bed a couple years ago. There was a "whumph!", everything rattled, and I thought "Hm. Need to check the USGS quake page when I get up."
Glad you are OK!
Good to hear all is well.
A 4.6 will get your attention!
Y'all have all the fun. :(
:p
Glad to hear you are all OK. Y'all stay safe up there.
