isn't complete without some of the foods that make it special. Sure, there are lots of seafood specialties, and plenty of local color, but this is one of my favorites:
The Loco Moco is a traditional breakfast, although you can eat it anytime. It's two eggs, cooked to order (shown over easy, here), a hamburger patty, steamed rice, and all drenched in gravy or broth.
Yum.

LOL, now if you got that at the diner on Ala Moana, I 'know' you were there...
Old NFO - the Loco Moco was at The Pineapple Room; the pineapple was from an ABC Store.
