Because the media is in on this farce.Did you see the recent article, I think it was the New York Times, where they admitted that the news is censored by the Government?
Matt, it was a rhetorical question. :) And yes, I saw that both sides are accorded the privilege of approving whatever is "fit to print".I wanted to add something pithy here, but I can't think of a way to phrase it that wouldn't get me in trouble.
Sometimes I get in a rush to state the obvious. :^D
I'm often reading things in British papers that they won't publish here.
