"I Wish I Was a Real Alaskan Girl"

Marian Call is a local gal who's starting to make it big in the music scene.

Five years ago, when I was still running a mall downtown, she performed at one of our arts & crafts festivals. This song received a standing ovation, and the crowd demanded that she sing it several times. She did, too.

And ... ready, guys? She's a browncoat.

She's adorable. Love that line about " . , , actually haul something in it , , ,"

NFO, she's doing well so far. Has several albums out.

Cathy, I like that one, too. And she has a wicked sense of humor to go along with that innocent smile: you never see the punchline coming. :)
