This and/or That

We're still socked in by fog, although it's far less dense than yesterday. The "advisory" runs through noon today, but here's the problem with that.

1. They warned us that the temps would fall to around 20 overnight, coating the area with ice (didn't happen), and 
2. the predicted high for the day is lower than the current temperature.

We don't have much faith in the forecast. If you want to know what's going on outdoors, look out the window. Any guess you come up with, after that, is as good as theirs ... and maybe better.
