And strangely enough, the Dept. of Corrections isn't saying much.
Not watching very closely, or so it looks.
At the very least, threecollie, although it does seem that other inmates' involvement has been ruled out.

Guffaw - yeah. No accountability, and closing ranks against perceived threats of negative publicity. That tale's all too familiar.
