The 10 Commandments of Logic
Posted to be helpful to our friends on the Progressive side of the aisle. Of course, they'll never admit the truths stated here, as it would deflate their arguments. And that only works if they're sincere but deluded.
If they insist on their supreme infallibility, just remember you can't fix stupid.

I'm SO stealing this... It'll make a GREAT opening slide for a meeting I have coming up... :-)
And the bottom line:
"Thou shalt not lie."
(Great post:)
NFO, I'm glad I could help. :)
Cathy, that's probably the first line, too. It bears repeating, since it's broken so frequently.
These are GREAT!
Learned many of them in hi-skool Senior English Lit class, under the heading 'Propaganda'.
Thanks again, Don Benjamin!

Guffaw, we were the last generation (I think) to learn these, as well as Constitutional law. Remember "citizenship class"?
Funny you should post this now - I noticed a couple days ago that Netflix had posted a part II to a JFK conspiracy movie. Bush I, it seems, was responsible for the assassination. I watched part I last year and what I noticed is the way the logic jumps sometimes - it goes from A to C without a B, i.e., there were moments of #9 that made me go "Huh?"
PH, I hear you. Apparently it's now okay to blame everything on the Bush family, from the Black Plague to the Great Chicago Fire.
@Rev - I can actually follow the reasoning for the accidental fatal shot by an inexperienced Secret Service agent reacting to Oswald's shots. Couldn't for the life of me follow the reasoning for George H.W. being responsible.
