APD spokesperson Dani Myren declined to give much information on the incident Sunday, saying the department assisted Airport Police and Fire officers in apprehending the suspect, who called APD at about 9:10 p.m. Saturday.

Officers were able to track the cellphone towers which carried the suspect’s call.
“Our police officers assisted and, I believe, our officers were first to the physical location,” Parrott said. “He’s been turned over to the FBI.”
Apparently the caller was experimenting to see how dumb you can get, and still breathe.
