I know, Cathy; I know. But we have so much foul weather when the 4,000 and 5,000 ft peaks that are only 4 miles away are invisible ... a nice cover story would come in handy. :)
There's always a beautiful view any where you turn in Alaska. There are times one must wait for the fog, mist, clouds, snow, or even a moose or bear to move in order to see it.
