They're BA-A-ACK

Good morning! Imagine waking up to this scene in your front yard:

Family of black bears is again roaming Government Hill

For the second year, a family of five black bears is raiding trash cans on Government Hill, a densely populated neighborhood one bridge away from downtown Anchorage.
