To be fair, Vicki, moose are members of the deer family ... just 8 to 10 times larger. :)

Sandy, when the moose come around, they'll eat anything remotely green-ish. If nothing's green, they'll strip the bark from bushes and trees.
It has good taste! I see it's in the pansy section.
