Unpacking boxes, flattening the empties, and finding time to fix a meal or two ... this has become the norm.
This morning, my wife and I spent the better part of three hours unpacking boxes marked "Garage" or variations thereof, and I put things on shelves. Little of it is where it will eventually wind up, but it's the first time in six weeks that all the tools, fasteners, and supplies have been accessible.
Four people diving for the same screwdriver is just not right, ya know?

Padre, I understand your pain, with having moved from Florida and twice in MN, since 2012
Rob, we've moved many, many times over 36 years, but this is the first time in since 2003. It's not as easy as it used to be. :)
Yeah, but you're in the "home" stretch!
Not to worry - it'll take forever!
:-P
BUT...you are already home!
gfa
jim, that's clever. :)
Guffaw, that's true - and it does make stopping at the end of each day that much more enjoyable. We can sit down in our own living room, and admire what's been done so far.
Rev. Paul,
Give yourself time my friend. In time, you'll have everything arranged in order, and put away exactly where you want it. Which in turn will make it easier for everyone to find.
