laying-out of things Mrs. Clinton did illegally, so that it would be
OBVIOUS that he was ordered or otherwise compelled to recommend as he
did?
What if ... what if it's up to *us*, the voters, to make the final determination about her fate?
What if ... what if enough voters prevent her from reaching the White House?

What if... politicians weren't allowed to buy the votes of the free-stuff crowd using taxpayer money... Truth is; as long as that's possible, our country will keep moving towards catastrophic failure...

Guffaw, I thought of that, but rejected it because of the incongruity of Comer's "finding of facts" vs. "conclusion of law".
I think there's going to be massive, blatant voter fraud.
