Iditarod Re-Start in an Hour: Down to 71 Mushers

 
FAIRBANKS, Alaska (KTUU) Iditarod rookie Otto Balogh has dropped out of the race just before the beginning of the Fairbanks restart. Iditarod officials say Balogh, of Budapest, Hungary, scratched at 9:02 a.m. citing "personal health concerns."
 
Balogh is 40 years old and trained with defending champ Dallas Seavey.

Agreed. That could mean "I've been ignoring a problem & the other mushers have talked me out of aggravating it" OR "I'm afraid I might get hurt". We may or may not ever find out what's up.
