About That Earthquake

This morning's news is full of reports about an 8.0 'quake which struck just south of Kodiak Island around midnight, local time. The epicenter is more than 300 miles south of us.

We didn't feel a thing. Just the same, I thank you all for your concern.

I liv3ed in the Los Angeles in the 1970's. Went through a few, but nothing major. Thet was before we moved there and after we left.

I can't say you missed anything, my friend. We had a 7.2 'quake here, 2 years ago, that was only 40 miles away. That one hit about 1 a.m., and definitely woke everyone up.
