Down To One

It's our last day in Hawaii for this year, and that brings a certain amount of melancholy. But we're ready to be home again, when that hour arrives. We've done all that we planned to do, and spent as much time sun-baked as we wanted. So now we just kick back, relax and engage in a bit of people-watching.

My niece and nephew are there. Say Hi to Lynn and Bob Boertje.

But of course. I’m sure they’ll be easy to locate. 😉

My daughter used to teach Hawaiian at the university. Probably the only six-foot strawberry blond that did so but she was adopted by a Native Hawaiian and her husband.

I thought for a moment that I’d seen her the other day, but it wasn’t her.
