Psalm 22:27-28: “All the ends of the world shall remember and turn to the Lord, and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee. For the kingdom is the Lord's, and he ruleth among the nations.”
It's true, Jim. The picture serves best as a reminder to its taker of what the experience was really like, and only a pale substitute to others. But short of shipping Alaska to the Lower 48 (an exercise in futility), it will have to do. :)
You keep taking good care of Alaska up where it is, Rev. There are far too many people who would gladly destroy it if you brought it down here.
I used to be pretty good messing around with focal length, lens aperture, and a few other things that would make a scene like that really pop. This was all pre-Photshop era, but I have all the gear I need to do it. I think I should try....

Yup. No doubt that Alaska was created by God. :)
True enough, ma'am. :)
And once you've been to places like that, you realize just how deficient a photograph of it it.
You just can't capture the smells, the wind, the sounds, or the majesty of it.
Ansel Adams was good, but not that good!

I wouldn't argue with anything you said, Jim. Please feel free to share some of Colorado's beauty with us.
Beautiful Rev. Thanks for that.
You're welcome, Jay. I'm glad you like them.
