Psalm 22:27-28: “All the ends of the world shall remember and turn to the Lord, and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee. For the kingdom is the Lord's, and he ruleth among the nations.”

Alaskan Thoughts
I've said much the same thing ever since we moved to Alaska.
Most Alaskan ad. EVER. Only thing they forgot was a case of locally-brewed beer.
TB, I was never truly happy in the Midwest after leaving the Navy. It has its place, and there were - and are - some VERY nice things there. But I was so miserable by the year 2000 that I literally cried when asking the Lord, "Is this all there is? I don't want to be here." He answered by directing us to move to Alaska. It's a blessing!
Linda, I understand. When the Lord wants His child to be a certain place, then that's the only place that will make them happy, blessed and prosperous. :)
Then Our Heavenly Father sure must have wanted us in Colorado!
It's strengthened my faith, and restored my faith in humanity. When I see all these fine, young people out there running their own businesses, having babies, and buying houses, it makes me happy for our future.

Heh. But my nose gets cold.
Understood. For you, we have face masks with nose-warmers built in. ;^)
Would love to ho back again. As yoy say, can always add another layer.
Snuggling is good, too. :-)
Snuggling definitely works!
Every year about this time I ask myself why the heck I moved to the Sun's front porch. I still do not have an acceptable answer...
I know why we moved to the sun's front porch, hubby grew up here and he wanted to live here again.
And a few months of the year, I like the crawfish.
Less humidity would be nice, but I remind myself that we are blessed and this is where He wanted us. :)

Jim, I believe that what you say is true: you're where you're supposed to be. It certainly seems that way to me, as I read your blog posts.
