Now, that's funny. I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that plastic straws are illegal. Not only has the engine of the left's train jumped the track, the entire train is off the rails.

Vicki - As I understand it, the law says that it's illegal to provide a plastic straw to a restaurant customer unless they request one. Then the restaurant has to pay the $600 fine. But it's still stoopid.

Even worse, they are illegal because of a 9 year old's guess for a science project.
