Yay, We're Number One!

Yesterday, the greater Anchorage area (along with most of south-central Alaska) had the worst air quality in the U.S.

Thanks to the wildfires burning/smoldering/whatever in all directions, we hovered in the "unhealthy" to "dangerous" category. It was like trying to inhale through a yarn ball, in between coughing fits.

Good times.

Sorry to hear that, Reverend.
But I would rather be in Alaska than San Francisco or Los Angeles.

Still playing for you all. God bless.

Thanks, Linda.

Sorry, that sucks. At least you're not like LA, where that is the norm, rather than the exception!

Fat fingers and a cell phone. *sigh*
I am praying for you all. :)

Indeed. That thought has crossed my mind.

I got that, ma’am.

Interesting that there seems to be no mention of your fires in the media but you know if it was California they'd be following with hyperventalating anxiety.

I know, PH. A few years ago, we over 3 million acres burning, and the national news people nearly wet themselves because a fire in Fornicalia had reached a thousand acres.
