The can't remember one is all too true.
Yesterday I'm standing on the basement stairs and staring at the storage area we use for kitchen stuff. My wife asked why and I answered,"I haven't a clue."
But when I walked back upstairs into the kitchen I remembered I was supposed to the steamer pot from the shelf. Sigh.
I feel your pain, brother. That sounds awfully familiar.
