WSF - I think most of my readers do, too. I know I resemble most of them.
When did "I'll just kneel and check that out" change to, "I'll get one of the several foam pads that are stashed around the house, kneel slowly on the pad, then make a lot of popping and creaking noises while I get up, and add some grunts."
And the trip across the shag carpet ended with a snap of static electricity.
John, when did it change? Somewhere in the last 10 years ... in my case. The static from the shag rugs came in handy for cats & kid sisters, though. Heh.
