This is not mine, and it's been around for awhile. But it come up several times in discussions lately, so apparently it needs repetition:
If your solution to some problem relies on "If everyone would just ..." then you DO NOT have a solution. Everyone is not going to just. At no time in the history of the universe has everyone just, and they're not to start now.

NO they won't... nor will we. And people like that are part of the problem, but think they can 'fix' everything. Only the man upstairs has that capability, and only if we put our trust in him.
