Good morning! It's Day 2 of the 50th Iditarod.
The top six mushers out of the checkpoint at Finger Lake, with the next four out of Skwentna and well on the way.

Saturday's snowstorm, some 16"+ in all, didn't do too much damage. The roads are in reasonable shape, except patches of black ice. Once the sun comes up, much of the slick spots will melt. But for now, we have 13° F. and the Monday morning commute.
