Ah Well, It Could Be Worse

Like many folks, we have our 'net connection via Wi-Fi. Everyone is connected: both daughters, cell phones, Blu-Ray player, at least one iPod, and me. That is, until about an hour ago when the router died.

So I'm connected directly to the modem, but - for now - no one else has connectivity. It's all mine! Mine, I tell you!  BWAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAhahahahaha!

Okay, I'm bad.  Fortunately, our daughters are out & about, braving the madding crowds. They've agreed to swing by Best Buy & pick up some new hardware. Good kids.

So it could be worse ... a lot worse. All in all, I find that I don't mind, terribly.

On a completely different topic, we just finished watching the Sci Fi channel's "Dune" and "Children of Dune", done in 2000 and 2003, respectively. I was unaware they'd done that.

Not bad. Not bad at all!
